Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • All original tags, instructions, and inserts must be included.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at support@lusvane.com.

  2. If your return is accepted, you must ship the items to our return facility at the following address:4 Floor, #33 Xingyu Road, Shengfeng, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China

  1. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / Damaged / Incorrect items: Lusvane will cover the return shipping costs or issue a full refund/replacement at our discretion.

  • Change of mind / Personal preference: If you are returning an item due to personal preference or fit, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items.

  • Follow the return process above and specify the replacement item.

  • Once verified, the replacement will be shipped free of charge.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used items, missing parts, or items failing return criteria

Damaged or Defective Items

  • On delivery: Inspect packages before signing. If there is visible damage, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage (after opening): Contact Lusvane within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Do not discard packaging until the case is resolved. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.


Customs, Duties & International Returns

For all outgoing orders to the United States, all customs fees and duties are included in your purchase price. For returns, the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs and local customs fees associated with shipping the item back to our facility in China.
