Currently, we only ship to the United States.

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous states.

2. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders sent to the United States.

  • There are no hidden shipping or handling fees added at checkout.

  • The price you see is the total price for the product and delivery.

3. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-8)

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase. Please review your shipping address carefully; we cannot change the address once the item has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Because our products are shipped directly from our international logistics center in China, transit times are longer than domestic shipments.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 15–25 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 16–28 Business Days (Handling + Transit).

Please note: While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times depend on carrier availability and customs processing. During peak seasons (e.g., December), slight delays may occur.

We believe in transparency. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your Tracking Number.

  • A direct link to track your package.

Note: It may take 1–3 business days for the tracking number to update in the carrier’s system after you receive the email. This is normal for international shipments.

  • Sales Tax: All customs fees, import taxes, and duties are included in the shipping cost.

We work hard to ensure timely delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures.

  • Weather conditions or logistical constraints.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Item Not Received: If your package does not arrive within 30 business days of the shipment date, please contact us. We will investigate and issue a full refund or replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos or a video of the product and packaging. We will swiftly arrange a replacement or refund.

How will I know my order has been received?

After placing your order, a confirmation page will display your transaction details. You can print this for your records. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. When your order ships, you’ll receive further emails with tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once Lusvane receive your order, we begin processing it right away, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Additionally, orders cannot be modified online after they’ve been placed.

However, we understand that situations may arise where you’d like to request a change or cancellation. If this happens, please contact Lusvane Customer Service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order has already shipped before the cancellation or change is confirmed, you can return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.

Are installation or labor costs included in the prices?
